The photos
Some of the dish photos on Ernie’s Kitchen are my own, taken in my kitchen. Others are AI-generated images, made from my actual recipes and styled after my kitchen: the speckled granite countertop, the warm evening light, and the white square plates and cream floral china I serve on.
Every AI image is labeled with a caption under the image saying so. My own photos are captioned “Photo by Ernie.”
The recipes
The recipes are my own. They come from my restaurant days and from my home kitchen, and the ingredients, amounts and steps are written by me. The pictures show what a dish looks like; the recipe is the real thing.
